Garnishment. A triple perspective – civil, fiscal and criminal

At the end of 2021, lawyer Andra-Roxana Trandafir published at Hamangiu Publishing House, together with Dr. George-Alexandru Lazăr, Dr. Roxana Stanciu, lecturer Dr. Nicolae-Horia Țiț, the work entitled "Poprirea. A triple perspective - civil, fiscal and criminal".

The interest in analysing attachment from a triple perspective - civil, fiscal and criminal - stems from the authors' constant concerns in the subject of enforcement and security measures, the experience gained by them being exploited in a summary work that treats the subject of attachment in a way that aims to clarify the many problems that practice has highlighted. 

Faced with an extremely vast field, the authors tried to examine as close as possible to the concerns of practitioners the difficulties of interpretation identified in connection with garnishment, while keeping, at the same time, the classical research method of theoretical analysis. 

The institution of garnishment is approached in a new, original manner, being gathered the considerations regarding the insurance garnishment and the executory one in civil and fiscal matters, as well as those related to the precautionary measure of garnishment in the criminal proceedings.

The fruit of a long research, the book Garnishment. A triple perspective – civil, fiscal and criminal – aims to provide practitioners with an answer to the many dilemmas arising in connection with garnishment, but also to be, at the same time, a doctrinal landmark for researchers in the field.
