At the end of 2021, lawyer Andra-Roxana Trandafir published at Hamangiu Publishing House, together with Dr. George-Alexandru Lazăr, Dr. Roxana Stanciu, lecturer Dr. Nicolae-Horia Țiț, the work entitled "Poprirea. A triple perspective - civil, fiscal and criminal". The interest in analyzing the garnishment from a triple perspective - civil, fiscal and criminal - comes from the authors' constant concerns in the field of enforcement and security measures, the experience gained by them being capitalized in a summary work that deals with the subject of garnishment in a way that aims to clarify the many problems that practice has highlighted. Faced with an extremely vast field, the authors have tried to examine as closely as possible to the concerns of practitioners the difficulties of interpretation identified in relation to attachment, while maintaining, at the same time, the classical research method of theoretical analysis. The institution of distraint is approached in a new, original way, bringing together the considerations on attachment and execution in civil and tax matters, as well as those on the enforcement of judgments.
