Participation in the National Garnishment Conference and the launch of the volume "Garnishment. A triple perspective: civil, fiscal and criminal"

On June 3, 2022, the Faculty of Law of the "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University of Iași, the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest and the Hamangiu Publishing House organized, in Iasi, the first edition of the National Garnishment Conference. During the conference, lawyer and Associate Professor Andra-Roxana, PhD, presented the theme "Garnishment regarding the amounts of money obtained as a result of the expropriation of a real estate subject to precautionary measures in criminal proceedings".

Also, on this occasion took place the launch of the volume "Garnishment. A triple perspective: civil, fiscal and criminal" – authors George Alexandru Lazăr, Roxana Stanciu, Andra-Roxana Trandafir and Nicolae-Horia Ţiț.
