
Octavian Bochiș holds a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Law at Babeş-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca (class of 2014). During 2015, he graduated from the master's program, specializing in criminal law and forensics within the same faculty.
Since 2016 he is a lawyer within the Bihor Bar, and since 2018 he becomes the holder of his own cabinet.
Preoccupied with strengthening his professional training, Octavian has participated in numerous national and international conferences in the field of criminal law and criminal procedure. He also published specialized articles in the journal Notebooks of Criminal Law.
Octavian is fluent in Romanian, English and French.
He collaborates with the lawyer's office Daniel Nitu, the two of them managing together joint files that have as object corruption crimes and service crimes. In 2022, he began the collaboration with Mrs. Andra-Roxana Trandafir on issues regarding the precautionary measures instituted during the criminal trial.
