Vlad Vieriu has been a member of the Iasi Bar Association since 2009. He has the right to practice before all courts, working mainly in the field of private law, administrative litigation and legal relations specific to the practice of the medical profession in Romania.

A dedicated advocate for physicians and a permanent consultant to the Iasi Family Medicine Society, the Iasi College of Physicians and the National Society of Family Medicine, Vlad is, since 2018, the representative of the latter in the Steering Committee of the National Authority for Quality Management in Health. 

With a multidisciplinary background, Vlad holds a doctorate in law from the University "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" of Iași, based on a thesis in the field of cultural heritage law, published under the title Legal protection of cultural heritage in comparative law (Universul Juridic Publishing House, Bucharest, 2021), as well as a doctorate in Orthodox Theology from the same university, with the thesis Cult and law in Byzantine history (published in Iași in 2023, by Junimea Publishing House).

Associate professor at the Faculty of Law of "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University of Iasi between 2010-2023, he was appreciated by

 ANOSR with the title of "Bologna Professor" in 2019. His teaching activity has been complemented by his participation in numerous conferences and scientific sessions, sometimes as author of specialized scientific studies, but Vlad is especially proud of his contribution to the Civil Code for Children project, an exemplary collective civic endeavor of the Legal City of Iasi, published in 2023.

The professional collaboration with our company started in October 2023, in a criminal case in which we provide legal assistance to a non-governmental organisation working in the field of protection of the rights of vulnerable people in care homes.
